Improved Olive Oil Standards |

In order to secure quality standards
and allow premium manufacturers to differentiate
from broad competition, following additional
standards have been commonly incorporated.
GGA - this means Exrtra Virgin Olive oils
with this EU certification are not blended
with other oils from other regions with
lower quality. These GGA oils are only pressed
from olives, farmed and harvested in the
Region stated by the GGA label.
Bio – this means Extra Virgin olive
oil made from olives farmed and harvested
only in biological areas without the use
of pesticides and insecticides.

KTC oils do not only fullfil
quality standards required. Our oils free
fatty acid levels range from 0,2-0,4 g and
0,4-0,8 g.
We do not blend our oils with cheaper qualities
in order to just reach the official requirements
for Extra Virgin Oils.
Off course we produce Olive Oils according
GGA and Bio standards.
Our dear customers have the right to taste
the difference of Minos, Nikos and Co. Oils. |
