2. Farming
Automated mechanical harvesting means picking
premature olives, injuring olive skins, hurting
olive trees and collection of any kind of
dirt and insects. All these factors do result
in low olive oil qualities. KTC harvests are
manual collections – at exact ripeness,
our fruits are collected by hand, only premium
olives do not find their way into our mills
and presses. Only selected olives provide
selected olive oils. |
